1. Overview

RobinRank is an AI-powered SEO platform that helps website owners grow their organic presence through content generation and community-based backlink exchange. These terms govern your use of the platform, including the website, dashboard, API, and all related services.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts.

3. Service Description

RobinRank provides the following services:

  • Content Plan Generation — AI-powered analysis of your website niche and competitors to suggest article topics.
  • AI Article Generation — Automated creation of SEO-optimized articles with community backlinks.
  • Backlink Exchange — A community system where publishing articles with outbound links earns you inbound backlink credits.
  • Analytics — Tracking of your backlinks, article performance, and credit balance.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

Your Content

You retain ownership of the websites you register and any original content you provide to us. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to analyze your website data for the purpose of generating content plans and articles.

Generated Content

Articles generated by RobinRank are created for your use. Once an article is generated, you have full rights to edit, publish, and distribute it. However:

  • Generated articles may contain community backlinks as part of the exchange system. Removing these links after publication violates these terms.
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it on your website.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, inaccuracies, or potential legal issues.

5. Backlink Exchange Rules

The community backlink exchange operates on a fair, give-to-get model:

  1. You publish an article containing outbound community links on your website.
  2. You confirm the publication URL through the platform.
  3. Our system verifies the article is live and the links are intact.
  4. You earn one inbound backlink credit per verified publication.
  5. Other community members will link to your site in their published articles.

Prohibited Practices

  • Removing community backlinks from published articles after verification.
  • Publishing articles on websites you do not own or control.
  • Using deceptive practices to artificially earn credits (link farms, hidden pages, redirects).
  • Submitting fake or non-functional URLs for publication verification.
  • Using the platform to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.

6. Plans and Limits

RobinRank offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Business) with different monthly article limits. Plan details are available on the pricing page.

  • Article limits reset at the beginning of each calendar month.
  • Unused articles do not roll over to the next month.
  • We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform (except through our official API)
  • Register websites that contain illegal, harmful, or adult content
  • Impersonate other users or entities

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Fail to pay applicable fees
  • Have not logged in for 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts)

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

9. Disclaimers

  • RobinRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, or traffic increases.
  • AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publication.
  • We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or practices of other community members' websites.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobinRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RobinRank, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RobinRank operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
